Corpus Christi College is the Catholic liberal arts college on the UBC campus offering university transfer programs in Arts and Commerce. Despite our continued growth, we are learning that many parents, students, and even counsellors are not familiar with our institution and all we have to offer!
Corpus Christi offers an intimate student-centered humanities program emphasizing academic excellence while providing all the opportunities afforded by the broader UBC community. For example, our students are members of the AMS (UBC Student Union) and have both UBC U-Pass bus passes and UBC library cards yet attend classes in an environment that the class size average is about 30. Many of our students also supplement their Corpus Christi studies with UBC courses taken through Access Studies. It truly is the best of both worlds.
Corpus Christi is a fully-accredited member of the B.C. Transfer System and maintains agreements with institutions across Canada and the United States. Its programs have been approved by the University Presidents Council of B.C. and the College is a proud member of the Association of Catholic Colleges and Universities of Canada.
In addition to our entrance scholarships we also offer a number of additional awards and bursaries. It costs nearly the same to attend CCC as it does any of the B.C. provincial universities (in 2010 under $6,000 for tuition) and we offer more financial support to our students per capita than any other post secondary school in the province.
